En ansökan om tillstånd till en anläggning där en kostnads-nyttoanalys ska utföras enligt 3 § lagen (2014:268) om vissa kostnads-nyttoanalyser på energiområdet, ska utöver det som anges i 1 § första stycket innehålla
1. en redovisning av slutsatserna i en kostnads-nyttoanalys som godkänts enligt den lagen, och
2. beslutet om godkännande av analysen enligt samma lag.
Första stycket gäller även då ansökan avser ändringstillstånd enligt 16 kap. 2 § första stycket. Lag (2017:955).
