I ett ärende som prövas av länsstyrelsens miljöprövningsdelegation ska miljöprövningsdelegationen utöver det som anges i 5 § tillämpa bestämmelserna i
1. 22 kap. 10 § om synpunkter på ansökan,
2. 22 kap. 10 a § om komplettering av ansökan och sammanställning av svar på synpunkter,
3. 22 kap. 11 § och 11 a § första och andra styckena om förberedelse, och
4. 22 kap. 11 b § om tidsplaner. Lag (2024:963).
Ceases to apply 2027-07-01.
