Skatt tas ut med 6 procent av beskattningsunderlaget för tillhandahållande på elektronisk väg av sådana produkter som avses i 9-12 §§.
Första stycket gäller inte produkter som helt eller huvudsakligen är ägnade åt reklam och inte heller produkter som helt eller huvudsakligen består av rörlig bild eller hörbar musik.
