I beskattningsunderlaget ska det dessutom ingå bikostnader som provisions-, emballage-, transport- och försäkringskostnader som uppkommer fram till första bestämmelseorten här i landet.
Om det när den beskattningsgrundande händelsen inträffar är känt att varan ska transporteras till någon annan bestämmelseort här i landet eller till någon bestämmelseort i ett annat EU-land, ska också bikostnaderna fram till den orten ingå i beskattningsunderlaget.
