7 kap. 47 §
Mervärdesskattelag (2023:200) (SFS 2023:200)

Den som är betalningsskyldig för mervärdesskatt får på det sätt som gäller för dennes redovisning av utgående skatt dra av ett belopp motsvarande utgående skatt som har redovisats i en deklaration, om
1. den redovisade skatten hänför sig till sådana unionsinterna förvärv av varor som avses i 6 kap. 30 §, och
2. förvärvet har varit föremål för mervärdesskatt i ett annat EU-land.
