Vid uttag av en tjänst som har tillhandahållits under en tid som sträcker sig över mer än en redovisningsperiod ska det till varje redovisningsperiod hänföras den del av tjänsten som har tillhandahållits under perioden, om inte annat framgår av 23 eller 24 §.
