Även om en vara finns här i landet på det sätt som anges i 5 §, är leveransen av varan gjord utomlands, om varan
1. sänds eller transporteras av leverantören, förvärvaren eller någon annan, och
2. ska installeras eller monteras, med eller utan provning, i ett annat land av leverantören eller för dennes räkning.
