För den sökande gäller också vad som föreskrivs i följande bestämmelser i 14 kap.:
- 40 § första stycket och 41 § om formulär för ansökan samt ansökans innehåll,
- 42 § om återbetalningsperiod,
- 43 § om ansökningstid,
- 44 § om minimibelopp,
- 47 och 48 §§ om återkrav och avräkning, och
- 76 § om indrivning av belopp.
