Guldmynt som omfattas av den förteckning som årligen offentliggörs i C-serien av Europeiska unionens officiella tidning ska anses uppfylla kriterierna i 2 § 2 under hela det år förteckningen gäller.
Guldmynt som avses i 2 § 2 ska inte anses vara sålda på grund av det numismatiska värdet.
