I detta kapitel finns bestämmelser om investeringsguld. Bestämmelserna avser
- vad som avses med investeringsguld (2-4 §§),
- i vilka fall investeringsguld undantas från skatteplikt (5 och 6 §§),
- frivillig beskattning (7-9 §§), och
- avdragsrätt vid undantagna leveranser (10 och 11 §§).
Ytterligare bestämmelser om investeringsguld finns i 16 kap. Det finns också bestämmelser om dokumentationsskyldighet vid leverans av investeringsguld i 39 kap. 14 § skatteförfarandelagen (2011:1244).
