Med antikviteter avses varor som är mer än 100 år gamla och som inte är konstverk eller samlarföremål, enligt nummer 9706 00 00 i Kombinerade nomenklaturen i rådets förordning (EEG) nr 2658/87 av den 23 juli 1987 om tulltaxe- och statistiknomenklaturen och om Gemensamma tulltaxan, i den ursprungliga lydelsen.
