Faktura behöver inte utfärdas för personbefordran som är tillhandahållen utomlands enligt 6 kap. Faktura behöver inte heller utfärdas för leveranser eller tillhandahållanden som avses i någon av följande bestämmelser i 10 kap.:
- 6, 9 eller 11 § om undantag inom sjukvård och tandvård,
- 12 § om modersmjölk, blod eller organ från människor,
- 13 § om läkemedel,
- 14 § om undantag inom social omsorg,
- 15, 16, 17 eller 18 § om undantag inom utbildningsområdet,
- 19 § om undantag inom fristående grupper,
- 26 § första stycket 1 om undantag för införande eller ackvisition av annonser i periodiska medlemsblad, personaltidningar och organisationstidskrifter,
- 27 § om undantag avseende verksamhet för produktion och utsändning av radio- och televisionsprogram,
- 28 eller 29 § om undantag inom idrottsområdet,
- 30 § om undantag inom kulturområdet,
- 32 § om undantag inom försäkringsområdet,
- 33 § om undantag inom området för finansiella tjänster,
- 34 § 2 om lotterier, eller
- 35 § om undantag på fastighetsområdet.
