Skatteverket ska utan dröjsmål överlämna obetalda belopp enligt ett beslut enligt 26, 27 eller 47 § för indrivning enligt lagen (1993:891) om indrivning av statliga fordringar m.m.
Skatteverket får besluta att inte överlämna en fordran för indrivning om fordran avser ett ringa belopp.
Vid indrivning får verkställighet enligt utsökningsbalken ske.
