Ansökan ska göras i en skattedeklaration i enlighet med det förfarande för deklaration av mervärdesskatt som anges i 26 kap. skatteförfarandelagen (2011:1244).
För den som ansöker gäller även i övrigt bestämmelserna om förfarandet i skatteförfarandelagen.
