Avdrag för ingående skatt ska justeras när frivillig beskattning upphör enligt 16-19 §§. Justering ska dock inte göras om
1. den frivilliga beskattningen upphör enligt 16 § 2, eller
2. fastighetsägaren övergår till att använda fastigheten i en annan verksamhet där transaktionerna medför avdragsrätt.
