Avdrag enligt 22 § andra stycket får göras för den ingående skatt som hänför sig till byggarbetena och som motsvarar den upplåtelse som omfattas av frivillig beskattning. Avdrag får dock inte göras för ingående skatt som det gjorts avdrag för efter beslut enligt 12 §.
