Från skatteplikt undantas tillhandahållande av tjänster till ett kontor eller anläggning som finns i ett annat EU-land och som tillhör
1. Europeiska unionen eller ett sådant EU-organ som avses i 86 §, eller
2. en sådan internationell organisation som avses i 87 §.
Undantag från skatteplikt enligt första stycket 1 gäller bara i den omfattning skattefriheten inte leder till att konkurrensen snedvrids.
