Leverans av varor undantas från skatteplikt enligt 84 § om förvärvaren är en
1. beskickning eller ett konsulat i ett annat EU-land, eller
2. medlem av den diplomatiska personalen vid en sådan beskickning eller ett sådant konsulat.
