Från skatteplikt undantas leverans av varor, om
1. säljaren levererar varan till en plats utanför EU,
2. direkt utförsel av varan till en plats utanför EU ombesörjs av en speditör eller fraktförare, eller
3. en beskattningsbar person som inte är etablerad inom landet förvärvar varan för sin verksamhet i utlandet och hämtar den för att direkt föra ut den till en plats utanför EU.
