Från skatteplikt undantas import av varor som görs av en beskattningsbar person eller en representant som har ett identifieringsbeslut och identifieringsnummer enligt
1. 22 kap. 15 och 25 §§, eller
2. motsvarande bestämmelser i ett annat EU-land.
Första stycket gäller bara om identifieringsnumret har tillhandahållits Tullverket senast i samband med att tulldeklarationen lämnas in.
