Vid avskedande av en arbetstagare som har fyllt 69 år tillämpas inte bestämmelsen i 35 § om ogiltigförklaring. I den situationen behöver ett besked enligt 19 § andra stycket inte innehålla information om vad arbetstagaren ska iaktta om arbetstagaren vill göra gällande att avskedandet är ogiltigt. Lag (2019:529).
