En arbetsgivare som ger en arbetstagare besked enligt 15 § om att en tidsbegränsad anställning skall upphöra skall samtidigt varsla den lokala arbetstagarorganisation som arbetstagaren tillhör.
Arbetstagaren och den lokala arbetstagarorganisationen har rätt till överläggning med arbetsgivaren om beskedet. Lag (1989:963).
