En arbetsgivare som är bunden av ett kollektivavtal enligt 2 b § första eller andra stycket eller 2 c § första stycket får tillämpa avtalet även på arbetstagare som inte är medlemmar av den avtalsslutande arbetstagarorganisationen men som sysselsätts i sådant arbete som avses med avtalet. Lag (2022:835).
