Lag (1982:80) om anställningsskydd (SFS 1982:80)

Arbetstagare som har nedsatt arbetsförmåga och som på grund därav har beretts särskild sysselsättning hos arbetsgivaren skall, om det kan ske utan allvarliga olägenheter, få företräde till fortsatt arbete oberoende av turordningen.
