Hävs köpet, skall köparen ge ut den avkastning av varan som han har fått samt betala skälig ersättning om han har haft annan nytta av varan.
Om säljaren skall lämna tillbaka betalningen, skall han betala ränta från den dag han tog emot betalningen.
