Köparen får inte kräva avhjälpande av fel eller omleverans, om han inte lämnar säljaren meddelande om kravet i samband med att han reklamerar eller inom skälig tid därefter. Detta gäller dock inte om säljaren har handlat grovt vårdslöst eller i strid mot tro och heder.
