Om köpet hävs ska konsumenten ge ut den avkastning av varan som konsumenten har fått och betala skälig ersättning, om han eller hon har haft någon annan nytta av varan.
Om näringsidkaren ska lämna tillbaka betalningen, ska näringsidkaren betala ränta från den dag denne tog emot betalningen.
