Om tiden för avlämnande av varan inte följer av avtalet, ska avlämnandet ske utan onödigt dröjsmål och senast 30 dagar efter det att avtalet ingicks.
Näringsidkaren är inte skyldig att lämna ut varan förrän konsumenten betalar för den, utom när konsumenten har fått kredit.
