Avtalsvillkor som i jämförelse med bestämmelserna i denna lag är till nackdel för konsumenten är utan verkan mot denne, om inte något annat anges i lagen.
Första stycket gäller inte vid köp av gas som levereras i ledning, om de allmänna avtalsvillkor som tillämpas vid sådana leveranser har godkänts av Konsumentverket.
