Om någon för talan med anledning av uppsägning eller avskedande ska följande bestämmelser i lagen (1982:80) om anställningsskydd tillämpas:
- 34 § om en uppsägnings giltighet m.m.,
- 35 § om ett avskedandes giltighet m.m.,
- 37 § om avstängning när en uppsägning eller ett avskedande ogiltigförklarats, och
- 43 § första stycket andra meningen om skyndsam handläggning. Lag (2022:848).
