En arbetsgivare som vid ingången av kalenderåret sysselsatte mellan 10 och 24 arbetstagare ska under året skriftligen dokumentera arbetet med lönekartläggningen enligt 8-10 §§.
Dokumentationen ska innehålla de uppgifter som framgår av 13 § 3-6 och en redogörelse för hur samverkansskyldigheten enligt 11 § fullgörs i fråga om arbetet med lönekartläggningen. Lag (2016:828).
