Om en arbetssökande inte har anställts eller tagits ut till anställningsintervju, eller om en arbetstagare inte har befordrats eller tagits ut till utbildning för befordran, ska sökanden på begäran få en skriftlig uppgift av arbetsgivaren om vilken utbildning, yrkeserfarenhet och andra meriter den hade som togs ut till anställningsintervjun eller som fick arbetet eller utbildningsplatsen.
