Ett förenklat årsbokslut ska bestå av en resultaträkning och en balansräkning. Det ska upprättas enligt god redovisningssed och i vanlig läsbar form eller i elektronisk form.
I fråga om undertecknande av årsbokslutet gäller 2 kap. 7 § årsredovisningslagen (1995:1554) i tillämpliga delar. Lag (2010:1514).
