Bestämmelserna i 7 § ska tillämpas även på försäkringsverksamhet som omfattas av 2 kap. 8 §.
Ett skadeförsäkringsföretag som bedriver sin verksamhet genom generalrepresentation ska anses utgöra en självständig filial i förhållande till ett annat skadeförsäkringsföretag som bedriver verksamhet genom samma generalrepresentation. Lag (2017:437).
