Har någon för att förebygga konkurrens betingat sig av annan att denne icke skall bedriva verksamhet av visst slag eller icke taga anställning hos någon som bedriver sådan verksamhet, är den som gjort utfästelsen icke bunden därav i den mån utfästelsen sträcker sig längre än vad som kan anses skäligt. Lag (1976:185).
