Fullmakt, som bragts till tredje mans kännedom genom ett till honom särskilt riktat meddelande från fullmaktsgivaren, är återkallad, när särskilt meddelande från fullmaktsgivaren, att fullmakten icke vidare skall gälla, kommit tredje man till handa.
