Övertid utöver allmän övertid får tas ut med högst 150 timmar per arbetstagare under ett kalenderår om det finns särskilda skäl för det och situationen inte har gått att lösa på annat rimligt sätt (extra övertid).
Extra övertid och allmän övertid får tillsammans inte överstiga 48 timmar per arbetstagare under en tid av fyra veckor eller 50 timmar under en kalendermånad. Lag (2011:740).
