Regeringen eller den myndighet som regeringen bestämmer får meddela föreskrifter om skyldighet för läkare att hos tillsynsmyndigheten göra anmälan om sjukdom som kan ha samband med arbete och att lämna tillsynsmyndigheten upplysningar och biträde. Lag (2013:610).
