Om en revisors uppdrag upphör i förtid eller om bestämmelserna i 10-17 §§ eller bestämmelser i bolagsordningen hindrar honom eller henne att vara revisor och det inte finns någon suppleant, skall styrelsen vidta åtgärder för att en ny revisor utses.
