Minst hälften av styrelseledamöterna ska vara bosatta inom Europeiska ekonomiska samarbetsområdet. Om det finns särskilda skäl, får Bolagsverket i ett enskilt fall besluta om undantag från bosättningskravet. Lag (2014:539).
