Senast två veckor efter bolagsstämman ska protokollet hållas tillgängligt hos bolaget för aktieägarna. En kopia av protokollet ska sändas till de aktieägare som begär det och uppger sin postadress.
Protokollen ska förvaras på ett betryggande sätt.
I fråga om publika aktiebolag vars aktier är upptagna till handel på en reglerad marknad eller en motsvarande marknad utanför Europeiska ekonomiska samarbetsområdet, gäller även 61 § andra stycket och 68 § tredje stycket. Lag (2019:288).
