När en anmälan enligt 30 § har gjorts, skall detta genast antecknas hos bolaget med uppgift om dagen för anmälan. I bolag som inte är avstämningsbolag skall anteckningen göras i aktieboken. I avstämningsbolag skall anteckningen i stället göras i en särskild bok. Beträffande denna bok gäller vad som föreskrivs om aktiebok i 5 kap. 2 och 3 §§.
Bolaget skall lämna en underrättelse om hembudet till varje lösningsberättigad med känd postadress.
