Utöver det som anges i 15 § första stycket andra meningen gäller att ett publikt aktiebolag vars aktier är upptagna till handel på en reglerad marknad eller en motsvarande marknad utanför Europeiska ekonomiska samarbetsområdet ska hålla ombildningsplanen med bifogade handlingar tillgänglig för aktieägarna på bolagets webbplats. Handlingarna ska hållas tillgängliga under minst sex veckor före den bolagsstämma där frågan om godkännande av planen ska behandlas och under dagen för stämman. Lag (2022:1647).
