Om inte någon av de borgenärer som har kallats enligt 25 § motsätter sig ansökan inom utsatt tid, ska Bolagsverket ge bolaget tillstånd att verkställa ombildningsplanen. Motsätter sig någon borgenär ansökan, ska verket överlämna ärendet till tingsrätten på den ort där styrelsen i bolaget har sitt säte. Lag (2022:1647).
