Ett aktiebolag får inte genomföra en gränsöverskridande delning om det
1. är i konkurs,
2. genomgår företagsrekonstruktion, eller
3. är i likvidation på grund av ett beslut enligt 25 kap. 11, 12 eller 17 §. Lag (2022:1647).
