§ 43. Kontraktbrudd ved del av tingen.
(1) Gjelder selgerens kontraktbrudd bare en del av det solgte, får reglene i kapitlet her anvendelse på denne del. Kjøperen kan heve kjøpet i sin helhet når kontraktbruddet er vesentlig for hele kjøpet.
(2) Må selgeren etter forholdene antas å ha avsluttet sin levering enda ikke alt er levert, får reglene om mangler anvendelse.
