Er en ting kjøpt og levert på prøve eller for øvrig med rett til tilbakelevering, har kjøperen risikoen etter reglene i kapitlet her inntil tingen igjen er overtatt av selgeren.Endret ved lover 21 des 2000 nr. 105 (ikr. 1 mai 2001 iflg. res. 21 des 2000 nr. 1351), 21 juni 2002 nr. 34 (ikr. 1 juli 2002).
