§ 11-1. Adgangen til å ta opp lån hvor fordringen gir rett til å kreve utstedt aksjer
(1) Et aksjeselskap kan ved avtale om lån gi fordringshaveren rett til å kreve utstedt aksjer mot innskudd i penger eller mot at fordringen nyttes til motregning.
(2) Retten til å kreve utstedt aksjer kan ikke skilles fra fordringen.
