§ 10-19. Gjennomføringen av kapitalforhøyelsen
(1) Bestemmelsene i §§ 10-8 til 10-13 gjelder tilsvarende for kapitalforhøyelse i henhold til styrebeslutning.
(2) Styret kan foreta de vedtektsendringer som kapitalforhøyelsen gjør påkrevd.
