Who is protected as a whistleblower and under what conditions?
Chapter II of the Act on transparency, anti-corruption and modernisation of economic life defines a whistleblower as a natural person who reports or discloses, without direct financial compensation and in good faith, information about a crime, an offence or a threat or harm to the public interest, following the reporting procedure and channels it sets out.
